defects.
It is lower than most pillows and the neck support region
will support and hold the head in the correct anatomical position
when you are lying on your side or your back. You do not
need a pillow when lying on your front.
Unlike a number of "orthopaedic" pillows the Gillingham Clinic
Pillow is useable over its whole length and also fits in a
normal sized pillow case.
